Overview
Refunds and returns are subject to certain prerequisites as outlined below. Requests for a return or refund not covered by those prerequisites will be considered on a case by case basis.
returns for replacement
Items may be eligible for replacement if:
- The item was damaged in shipment.
- The item is not what was purchased.
- The item never arrived.
AND the request was made within 30 days of receipt of product or intended product delivery date.
REturns for Refund
Items may be eligible for for a refund if:
- The item was damaged in shipment.
- The item is not what was purchased.
- The item never arrived.
AND the request was made within 15 days of receipt of product or intended product delivery date.
Additionally, items may be eligible for a refund regardless of reasons provided the request is made prior to shipment.
REturns process
Customers looking to return an item for refund or replacement must first contact Waterbear Workshop for information about shipping and confirmation of eligibility.
Eligible customers will ship back the item in the same condition in which it was received and unopened.
They will ship the item to the address provided by Waterbear Workshop, NOT to the manufacturer or other unspecified party.
Waterbear Workshop will provide the new product or refund upon confirming receipt of the package. Refunds will be issued back to the cards used to make the purchase.
Noncompliance with return shipping requirements may result in ineligibility for a return or refund.
order cancellation process
Orders can be cancelled and money refunded provided the request for cancellation is received and acknowledged prior to shipment, (typically 24-48 hours).
To cancel an order, contact Waterbear Workshop by phone or email. Please do not attempt to contact the manufacturer.
